A community of welcome and belonging
St John Bosco serves the Brooklyn Park community and surrounding suburbs as a Reception to Year 6 Catholic Parish School. We were founded by the Salesian Sisters in 1954, drawing inspiration from Saint John Bosco and Saint Maria Mazzarello.
Our mission is to ‘Serve the Lord with Joy.’ We nurture citizens with a love for lifelong learning to make a difference in our world. Our school boasts contemporary learning environments centred around a multi-purpose courtyard. Our community connects with nature through exploration in our Nature Play Space and large oval.
St John Bosco is a proud multicultural community, assisting all children to thrive as learners. We work in partnership with the parish, families and the wider community to create a culture of welcome, inclusion and shared responsibility for our children’s faith development, learning and wellbeing.
