Saint Vincent de Paul Winter Charity House Challenge

The Year 6 students from each team created a 3D message from all the generous donations around the theme of supporting the homeless and less fortunate, through caring for others. Team points were allocated to each house for their efforts.
Our special guest, Mick from Vinnies was so impressed with the variety and amount of donations, as the children helped him load a very full car on its way to the local Saint Vincent de Paul distribution centre. This centre also supports a homeless men’s group and an outreach centre for mothers in crisis. A special mention to Mikayla and Antonio, captains of the Green team who co-ordinated this very successful fundraiser.
