The safety and Wellbeing of your child is our highest priority, and we are committed to the National Catholic Safeguarding Standards.

Like all schools, St John Bosco School is a mandated child-safe environment with legal, policy and procedural requirements for staff and volunteers.

We implement child safety policies and practices, in line with South Australian Commission for Catholic Schools (SACCS) requirements. Child safety education is taught via the Keeping Safe Child Protection Curriculum, which is mandated in all Catholic schools in South Australia. This Curriculum provides the framework to teach children and young people, in an age-appropriate way, to recognise abuse, talk to trusted adults and understand ways to keep themselves safe.
